نشكر الجامعة على مبادرتها الاجتماعية بتقديم الحقيبة المدرسية كهدية تذكارية، كما آننا سعدنا بزيارة منسوبات الجامعة للمدرسة وخاصةعرض طالبات مدارس الجامعة لتفعيل العمل التطوعي بيننا. هذه الزيارة أثارت حماسنا وتطلعنا لمستقبل طموح مبدع – الطالبتان بالمرحلة المتوسطة لينا كمال وجود القرني Lina and Juod – students from Thuwal Intermediate School
Thank you for letting my daughter and I be a part of the Back to School campaign. I wish there were more volunteer opportunities, similar to this campaign, here at KAUST. I became a volunteer as part of my CAS program for school. The back to school campaign was a new experience for me, it changed my perception of education in Thuwal and Qadima. It is important to support neighboring communities because there are many young minds who are keen and have the potential to make the world a better place. It’s my pleasure to be one of Back to School campaign volunteers, I see lots of collaboration, integration and wellness between the volunteers and all are willing to give hand. There is no nicer recognition than thanking those who provide us and our students with development and training, also motivating our students with yearly school bags and giving the robotic kits as distinction to previous years. Words can’t describe the amount of thanksgiving that social responsibility in King Abdullah University –Thuwal deserves.
